I can’t begin to start with how phenomenal this service is. For context, my friend and I have traveled from South Africa and wanted to hire a car to experience the Swiss Alps, after a few days of searching, we realized just how expensive and inconvenient it is to rent from regular car hire services. We stumbled across Drive and were privileged enough to rent a car from Anton who made our experience world class. He was constantly available for contact when we needed him and incredibly helpful when it came to pick up and drop off. The cars quality was absolutely phenomenal and it really took our experience to the next level. I will definitely be back to rent cars through DRAIV, and more specifically, from Anton.

DRAIV was an absolute lifesaver during a family emergency in Switzerland. The team provided a personal touch and a level of genuine empathy that you simply don’t expect from a car rental company. I originally booked a vehicle for a short period but had to extend my reservation multiple times as my situation evolved. From the seamless delivery of the car to managing the ongoing extensions, every single step of the process was completely effortless. They eliminated all the usual administrative stress so I could focus entirely on my family. Outstanding customer care and a flawless overall experience—I highly recommend them and really hope they expand their service!

Using a car through DRAIV was easier than we could have hoped for. The car was exactly where it was supposed to be at the expected time. The car was in great condition, and it was super comfortable. I made an error when I failed to account for a time zone change, and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes from when I messaged. I had a question while I was using the car, and again, I had an answer in minutes. After this experience, I can’t imagine ever renting from anywhere else. Thank you, DRAIV!

Honestly the easiest experience from start to finish! Car was in perfect condition and made driving all throughout Switzerland and Italy a dream. The Draiv team were always in communication to make the process seamless. Highly recommend.
