In general everything went very well, with very clear booking fees and great communication from the team. The car was in great condition, I couldn't tell by the look and the drive experience that it has so many km! What worked not so well (for me) was the unlocking/locking process, done through the browser. Although I was able to unlock the car, the page got stuck and did not give me any actual confirmation that the car was open. Same thing has happened by the locking procedure.

Using a car through DRAIV was easier than we could have hoped for. The car was exactly where it was supposed to be at the expected time. The car was in great condition, and it was super comfortable. I made an error when I failed to account for a time zone change, and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes from when I messaged. I had a question while I was using the car, and again, I had an answer in minutes. After this experience, I can’t imagine ever renting from anywhere else. Thank you, DRAIV!

Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit per WhatsApp oder telefonisch melden und bekommt alles Schritt für Schritt und verständlich erklärt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Using a car through DRAIV was easier than we could have hoped for. The car was exactly where it was supposed to be at the expected time. The car was in great condition, and it was super comfortable. I made an error when I failed to account for a time zone change, and the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes from when I messaged. I had a question while I was using the car, and again, I had an answer in minutes. After this experience, I can’t imagine ever renting from anywhere else. Thank you, DRAIV!

In general everything went very well, with very clear booking fees and great communication from the team. The car was in great condition, I couldn't tell by the look and the drive experience that it has so many km! What worked not so well (for me) was the unlocking/locking process, done through the browser. Although I was able to unlock the car, the page got stuck and did not give me any actual confirmation that the car was open. Same thing has happened by the locking procedure.
