In general everything went very well, with very clear booking fees and great communication from the team. The car was in great condition, I couldn't tell by the look and the drive experience that it has so many km! What worked not so well (for me) was the unlocking/locking process, done through the browser. Although I was able to unlock the car, the page got stuck and did not give me any actual confirmation that the car was open. Same thing has happened by the locking procedure.

I can’t begin to start with how phenomenal this service is. For context, my friend and I have traveled from South Africa and wanted to hire a car to experience the Swiss Alps, after a few days of searching, we realized just how expensive and inconvenient it is to rent from regular car hire services. Technisch sehr gut instandgehaltene Fahrzeuge die tadellos funktionieren wie sie sollen, sauber und gepflegt. Angenehm zu fahren. Fahrspass garantiert! Das Buchungstool ist einfach zu bedienen, und im Buchungsprozess hat alles geklappt wie vorgesehen und wie gewünscht. Auch bei einem Änderungswunsch bezüglich des gebuchten Datums wurde mir rasch und unkompliziert weitergeholfen Ebenso wurde mir bei einem von mir im Auto vergessenen Gegenstand rasch, entgegenkommend und wiederum sehr unkompliziert weitergeholfen.
